About Soulchak

The philosophy behind Soulchak is to combine the healing energy of reiki with the therapeutic properties of crystal healing to restore the natural flow of energy within the body.

As a Reiki Master I place my hands on or near the body to encourage the steady flow of energy throughout the chakras or energy centres.  When combined with crystal healing, the unique vibrational frequencies of the crystals amplify and further enhance the flow.

This holistic practice allows the body to drop into a restful state.  The calming result of which activates the body’s natural healing system and promotes an overall sense of wellbeing for mind, body and soul.
