Welcome to Soulchak. My journey into energy healing began with my own experience receiving Reiki, which had such a profound impact on my wellbeing that it sparked a passion to understand energy flow and alignment on a deeper level.

With a degree in psychology and a curiosity in the minds potential, I have always been fascinated by the link between science and philosophy, ‘the woo’ and ancient wisdom. Soulchak was born from a desire to bring these elements together in a modern, practical and grounded way. By bridging these ideas, Soulchak has created a space where knowledge, understanding and belief come together to support balance and wellbeing.

At its heart, Soulchak is about empowering you to understand and work with your own energy. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling disconnected or out of balance.
